Is your child struggling to focus at school? Do you have endless conversation about your child disruptive behaviour? Do you feel that health professionals and teachers are doing enough to help and guide parents?
When your child is neurodiverse, it can feel like mainstream education is just unable or unwilling to provide the additional support you need. Your child falls behind in reading or writing, struggles to settle into the school routine, and becomes frustrated and unhappy.
As a parent you can attend meeting after meeting with teachers and doctors, but it feels like you’re treading water and going nowhere. There’s nothing more frustrating that seeing your child dread school every day and being unable to help them.
Let me tell you, I know how you feel. I have been there myself with my own two children. Like you, I was looking for the solution and I believe I have found it through the three-step of movement programme Nutrition and Sound training.
Over the last decade I have worked with many neurodivergent children, including my own children. I also work at Harley Row clinic in London, supporting neurodivergent children and adults.
The specialised educational and nutritional programmes I recommend are designed to support the development of nerve pathways in the brain, by addressing sensory issues which promote nerve connectivity in the frontal lobe (responsible for how we think, our social interaction, and our movement and behaviour). The frontal lobe is the region of the brain that has been found to have lower neural density in neurodivergent children, which can therefore influence focus, cognition and emotional, behavioural challenges.
These scientifically researched programmes are personalised to fit your child's unique abilities and individuality, focusing on identifying the core causes of their symptoms.
